 First, Excellence of taste in the fine arts and humanities, also known as high culture.
 Second, An integrated pattern of human knowledge, belief, and behavior that depends upon the capacity for symbolic thought and social learning.
 Third, The set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution, organization, or group.

 Culture is the quality in a person or society that arises from a concern for what is regarded as excellent in arts, letters, manners, scholarly pursuits, etc.

 Then, my opinion about the "Culture Definition" is under the one nation, traditionally, they have been keeping their arts, letters, mannersm scholarly pursuits and humanities.
then, constantly, they are creating their arts, letters, mannersm scholarly pursuits and humanities
and they will be creating their arts, letters, manners, scholarly pursuits and humanities,
so the cultures represent their country to the another country and they also export their culture.
Culture is the systems of knowledge shared by a relatively large group of people.
Therefore, the culture is very important to the country, so we have to protect and we have to create our culture, we also study and understand our culture.
